They ship out fast. They notify you of any problems with the order, i.e., items out of stock, back ordered, etc., and work with you on how you want it handled. I haven't had any problems with my orders like not getting something I had ordered or only getting part of the order without being notified as to why, unlike another company I had been dealing with.

I have never had an order arrive that didn’t include all of the items items I needed. The findings are excellent quality. And the service from the contact center is also excellent. On several occasions I have been able to send them a picture of a bead I was looking for and they found it for me . The prices are also very good. They offer specials on a regular basis where you can get good quality foods in bulk.
